Our 10,000 square foot facility features 10 exam rooms, three electroencephalogram (EEG) labs to help evaluate electrical activity in the brain, a medical laboratory, two large and elegantly-furnished waiting areas, as well as physicians, nurses and support staff offices. Our state-of-the-art equipment includes EEG machines, as well as EEG video monitoring units for in-house and ambulatory monitoring to ensure accurate diagnoses.
We are located in a standalone building within the Little Rock Baptist Health campus.
Our Team
Dr. Victor Biton is a board certified Neurologist who had a three-year Fellowship at The Minnesota Comprehensive Epilepsy Program. He moved to Little Rock AR in 1990 and established the Arkansas Epilepsy Program in 1994. He is well-known and regarded both nationally and internationally, and is extensively involved in developing new medications and devices to help treating patients with Epilepsy. Dr. Biton has published numerous articles in the field of neurology, and has contributed chapters in Epilepsy textbooks.

Nurses
We have a team of skillful and qualified registered nurses led by Judy Summers, RN. Summers has 25 years of experience as an Epilepsy nurse and has worked with Dr. Biton throughout that duration. Her warm bedside manner and extensive nursing knowledge is sure to put any patient at ease.
Support Staff
Our experienced team includes three EEG techs, receptionists, research coordinators, accounts specialist, a medical scribe and office manager to help every patient in every step of their progress.
